I am still surprised on how vendors who are offering assessment only tools are staying in the game. Perhaps they are unaware of online authoring systems offering assessment features. The latter is slowly gaining speed, which is an advantage to LMS vendors who have a CAT in their own product – which is SCORM,PENS/IMS compliant.
