I don’t find developing software simulations to be particularly rewarding, for example, because there often isn’t a ton of creativity. I’ve found some higher ed environments to be so political as to be strangling. A: I wouldn’t learn Flash right now. Most Flash e-learning now is done with rapid tools anyway.
