The actual specifications for Adobe Captivate are relatively low. For Windows, Adobe recommends a 2 GHz or faster Intel processor, and you should be running The 64-bit version of Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 Or newer. A lot of YouTubers are also serious video editors for apparent reasons. Ideally, I wanted a 1tb M.2
