This hasnt gotten onto my radar before -- Im not sure if there are any state-funded online programs in Massachusetts. Within higher ed, Im sure well continue to see growth in online, but it is starting to plateau a bit. I like the idea of online being an option for K-12 students, even if it isnt the right thing for everyone.
