Then ILT is face to face or call it classroom training. Then ILT is face to face or call it classroom training. Authoring Tools. That is false. That is false.

In the end we can all recognize that 2020, was split from the angle that there was Pre-COVID19 for most of the world, and then COVID19 – and its impact of course is devastating. . Authoring tools continued to be a mish-mash, with many continuing to forget what their number one goal truly is – creating content/courses.

Courseware LMSs – Good or bad for the industry?

I recall going directly to Rosetta Stone, buying some an entire Latin American course unit from them and having them place it into my LMS for me. What if instead of focusing primarly on the LMS, you went courses first from a vendor and in return got the LMS for free. In other words, a courseware LMS with micro courses as the primary.

ATD2015 Conference Post – Review

I can honestly say, the ATD show is changing from ILT driven (it has always been that way) to e-learning improvement. This year, I estimated a 55/60% e-learning, including some ILT vendors offering some type of e-learning component. . Thank you, thank you. On with the show (no pun intended). Good Surprises. It is SaaS based.
