Character asset issues with downloads

The elearning bros characters can be downloaded, but when I go to the assets they are not there, there is an icon of a box but nothing in the assets. Trying to insert as images I can “see” them in the folder but it says the file is corrupt or incompatible when I attempt to add them to the library or directly to the slide.
