I am trying to open adobe captivate 2019 on my mac book. when It opens the dialogue box that lets you select the project opens in the far left corner of the screen. Once I drag it down to the middle and open the project I want it does not show. However, it says that it is opened.

I tried Safari and Chrome on the Mac side, Internet Explorer on the Windows side. Open the Library folder. Open the Library folder. Open the Preferences folder. Nothing seemed to resolve the issue. Luckily, we have Apple Care so I was able to get some assistance direct from an Apple tech. Double-click Macintosh HD.

I can see the opening screen to choose recent project or new project and the progress bar comes up on the upper left of the screen. When Captivate fully opens, cannot see the window or project, but can see the menu bar. Oddly enough, when I open Captivate 9, I do not have this problem. High Sierra). Anyone have any suggestions?
