The ones who may not are those who identify themselves as “Training mgt systems and alike” – because they are really focused on the course authoring tool and are not a LMS in the true sense of the word. Case in point: IMO one of the worst UI’s I have ever seen comes from Cornerstone OnDemand, which is quite popular.
