If someone spins they are a micro-learning platform, they slide under here. For the record, every system out there can do micro-learning, and have been able to, since 2000.

When your LMS BFF is no longer

A LMS is one, if not the biggest budget item you will purchase. Because the company was using Windows 2000 (in 2012 no less) and the LMS vendor did not support Windows 2000. Did the insurance company’s lead tell the vendor what they were using? Did the vendor ask? So who’s at fault?

SaaS – I would prefer a vendor who offers SaaS only and not a SaaS or client hosted or G-D forbid client hosted only option. The system is still about synchronous based learning, which is fine, but it is nothing more than sticking ILT online.
