I dont put much faith in MBTI (cf my general approach to styles), but my blog seems to match my MBTI score (INTJ). Im an INTJ and it says my blog is an ESTP. The 32% average score and the stubborn lack of improvement regardless of experience, education, and age suggests that most people in the learning-and-performance field are unprepared for roles as designers of learning, at least as far as their ability to apply knowledge of learning research.

Now, maybe Im just jaded and want to get to an approved storyboard. Maybe its the fact that Im recovering from pneumonia and just dont have the energy to fight the fight.
