In 2010, the RCAT market continued its upswing and nothing indicates to me it will be changing anytime soon. Innovation abounded and the push to focus on the “PPT to Flash&# angle continued to shine. You get the Flash code – YES – you get the code, which you can do whatever you want with it.

2010, there was only a tiny few vendors who offered online collaborative and peer review features. Remember when only a few offered the PPT to Flash option in their tools? Going back into 2010, there were less than nine, of which there was one who could output to HTML5, although it wasn’t really true HTML5 output.

Flash I dont actually develop a thing with Flash myself, but our designers and programmers do some fabulous stuff with it! As an instructional designer, I feel like I can design just about anything and these really smart people can do something with it in Flash. Feature sets – they have to be more than PPT to Flash or add an audio clip and video clip to the course. 8 Composica 4.0 - A winner in my book back in 2010 and still solid in 2011. SaaS based solution, that offers contractors/developers who create courses for other folks – access to the Flash files.

PPT format, though highly popular, is not really suited for mobile devices. The more feature-packed the deck, the more difficult to export your content as video, Flash or HTML5. With such an add-on you are free to share your slides as video, HTML5 or Flash. What are the shortcomings? Mobile compatibility. accurate.

does not work with a 64 bit Windows OS that has/and you using PowerPoint 2010 – since Snap! is not the only product which has an issue with a 64 bit Windows computer but in combination with PPT 2010, I’m unaware of any other. Droid X (very popular in 2010) – Why not add the handheld phone from the early 90s?

Ive done some wireframes in PPT, but I keep coming back to Word. We use Flash for our development efforts, with a lot of templated, reusable components to speed up development time. Moodle in 2010 Kineo Insights Webinar: Challenges and Best Practi. @ Lisa (lmentz).Ive Havent found a better, more flexible tool yet.
