Good question about adoption of webinar software / services - this time from someone who went to my workshop in Cincinnati - Revolution in Workplace Learning - who by the way - called it "awesome." We are considering moving to other products such as Adobe Connect. What about all the features mentioned? Are those important in practice?

So, the eLearningGuild research again to the rescue. Adobe Captivate is the easiest way to create professional-quality, interactive simulations and software demonstrations in Adobe's Flash format. They didn't really need tracking of user responses, instead they wanted them to be fun.
