Given the iPhone can’t play swf files, I have to make sure I either don’t use them or I use an alternative format – potentially HTML5. Who knows… maybe Apple will do a backflip and start playing swf’s after all? That means I need to account for Flash compatibility.

Typing Text – HTML output

You are probably aware of the fact that Text animations are SWF-based and cannot be used for HTML5 output. Several users have been asking for an alternative. Did I use audio? Here is a screenshot of the timeline panel: Audio. Of course, the best way would be to create a HTML animation (OAM) and insert it as animation.

Camtasia (probably the best tool for this goal) and Snagit are also alternatives, but there are a lot more available. It is a purely passive tutorial. Viewers expect short videos.
