If you wanted micro-learning, you could do it. Yep, readily available.

You can build your own via a 3rd party authoring tool. Sells the seats that you want or need, and puts the courses into the system.

We assume that following a learner-centric model, heavily seen in any learning engagement platform, that this will work miracles, and thus increase someone’s knowledge – because hey, it is content they are interested in. The LEP space is now the 2nd largest segment in the learning system space (LMSs are still first). One area I am seeing trend wise are learning environment and administrative features starting to mimic LMSs (not 100% in some cases, but pretty close). . Gamification is in stagnation mode in the entire learning system space. .
