I don’t use it as much as I used to now that Articulate’s Studio ‘09 provides a video encoder. For rapid elearning converting to the SWF and FLV Flash formats are important and Format Factory supports this. I mainly use it to convert FLV to other media for easy editing since I can’t find an easy FLV editor.

Today, I am sharing my views on the 3 widely used tools -Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora Inspire 16. Articulate Storyline 2, Adobe Captivate 9 and Lectora Inspire 16. Of the three tools, it’s very easy to apply animations in Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate. Operating Systems. Animations.

These tools basically provide the user with pre-built templates for inserting content, interactions and multimedia elements. Some popular authoring tools are Articulate , Lectora , Knowledge Presenter and Adobe Captivate / Presenter. Once everything is aligned with the template the user can publish the content.

The publisher provides a list of sites where you can download the application. FLV Player. If your a multimedia maven, then you need to play FLV files. I like this better than the one that comes with Articulate for the PC. You can download the free FLV player at CNET. DOCUMENT CREATION. Open Office.

You can create product demonstration videos using screen recordings, edit with Action Fine-Tuning, and import videos in Articulate Storyline 2. This also allows you import videos in different formats such as MPEG, FLV, AVI, and more. Adobe Captivate 9.
