For example, I had to get used to the idea that I was finally going to play guitar, and I found it quite easy to ignore a reminder from the app. Fabulous Fabulous is an app with beautiful design. This app is not free.

As an example- someone sends you accidentally a message that was intended for another person which means he ( unknowingly ) is thinking about you.

I used a Dutch article about various learning theories : ontwikkeling van leren in organisaties by Keursten to look at what the various thought streams might think about twitter: Behaviorism: learning is equivalent to influencing and changing behaviour. You do this by offering situations to practice the desired behavior.

A known example is Henry Ford who built the first car in 1896. The examples show that technology is not 'only a means' is to carry out what we want to do. As new technologies become available our behavior changes after a period of experimentation. Technology is means or a goal? Technology is an important driver for change.
