I identify the Big Dogs as SumTotal by Skillsoft (yes, that is the actual name), Cornerstone OnDemand, Saba, SucessFactors and Oracle Taleo (although, I ask myself who is using this and if you still are why?). Cornerstone OnDemand. And BTW, nearly every LMS can interface with Oracle products. Saba Learning.
