In the case of a well known LMS vendor for example, their system came up on Avant, but when I went to play a course, their course player screen failed to work effectively and the course window did not look as it should, in comparison to some of the other better known browsers. Yet, Avant supported Flash and Java. Then and Now.

What is true is that you can view the courses you have created on any mobile device that supports HTML5 including the iPad series. . Utilizes a self-contained native app which the vendor will create for a mobile device, ideally a tablet (for right now it will be the iPad series, since they know it will work with iOS devices).
