That said, I have vendors who said yes or what do you mean, so expect to provide them information. This is quite common with non-profits but you need to ask and will need to provide a 501 C3.

Most learning vendors tout their ‘expertise in instructional design’ as a key reason as to why we should engage them to produce learning content. It should provide access to courses when those are relevant, resources/job aids, and eCommunity tools too. But it simply isn’t appropriate for today’s world. Challenging? vendoranalysis.xls.
