The codec of your original video file is often determined by your camera or screen recorder, which you may or may not have control over in your camera settings.

It will push me to edit this blog , where I complained about the cumbersome workflow to replace one font in a theme.

Sothink SWF Decompiler is a paid solution, but includes a 30-day free trial. To use a Flash decompiler you will need to get access to the Flash SWF file for your course. If your course is hosted on an LMS or intranet, you should be able to find this file in the back end of the system. Be sure to back these up!
