#10 to #1 LMSs of 2012

TinCan with online/offline synch. Compliance management, certification management. M-learning support, assignment grader can be offline and then re-synched online, but courses can not be online/offline. Their product is more geared towards a human capital management system, especially with the BizX Suite.

Best of the Best – Extended Enterprise or multi-tenant LMSs

Native app available in iTunes/Apple and Google (Android) – very few vendors have native apps. If you are someone who is considering some of the bigger dogs like Cornerstone or SumTotal, I would seriously look at these guys. eLogic Learning ($$-$$$) – Another solid performer who continues to get better and better.
