When you look at the numbers associated with workplace learning and development, the investment in leader performance jumps out. The assets can take many forms, from podcasts that motivate to checklists that guide. I first noticed this enthusiasm-action gap when Jim Marshall and I surveyed workplace learning professionals.

I think you will enjoy her take on her learning experiences. I am more interested in learning about Hasidic Jewish culture from my classmate. A difficult professor teaches the classroom section and we learn about plate tectonics. Real maps, real rocks, real learning. I experience transformational learning in Hypermedia.
