Everything is turned on in your demo, but the vendor fails to mention during its presentation that some of that functionality is not included in the product you are looking at. and loudly at that. .

Buy the content, get the system for free, is what was the actual sales route, however, there were customers who actually paid for the “free” system, because the salesperson presented the proposal as such, and the client, unknowingly signed without every questioning it. If this sounds more like bundled pricing – guess what?
