This evening I attended a webinar by ADL: the new standard (project TinCan) kickoff. The ADL will launch it in June. The ‘Did’ for example can be a learning experience, an assessment or a social media activity. The next step is the adoption of the standard by authoring tools and LMS.

For the current ADL webinar series on mobile, I gave a presentation on contextualizing mobile in the larger picture of L&D (a natural extension of my most recent books). That we should be creating them by abstracting from successful practices, we should be conceptualizing them, or adopting them from other areas.
