Adobe released an update to Captivate 12 today. Here's a link to download the update: [link] According to Adobe, here's what's changed in the 12.1 Captivate doesn't allow you to select any file on macOS while using the Open URL or file action. Upon checking the Adobe website that supports Captivate, I learned that Captivate would not work with Big Sur.   Fortunately, Adobe now has a free update for Captivate 2019 that allows Big Sur users to continue using the software.   Before installing the update, Adobe recommends that you uninstall Captivate first. .

Adding quiz questions to an Adobe Captivate Classic project is easy. Open CSVQuestionsCreationMacro.xlsm with Microsoft Excel. Back in Captivate Classic, choose Quiz > Import CSV Format File and open the CSV you just created. Go to the Quiz menu and choose Question Slide. Like I said, it's easy.

Adding an image to an Adobe Captivate project is simple: use the Media tool on the toolbar or import the assets into the Library and then drag the imported assets onto Filmstrip slides.
