It was wonderful weather, the sun was shining down, and even the infamous Wellington winds were nothing more than a gentle breeze. We got talking about why I was in New Zealand, our academic work, and then I asked him what he'd studied during his PhD. He told me he studied chemistry education with an emphasis in learning technology.
