Authoring Tool Trends for 2017

You either needed a tech skill set (at least moderate) or authoring tool design/development experience and preferably both. Actually it was more of Dreamweaver that came with templates (at least IMO). Products like Captive, Claro, Lectora and Storyline enabled the ID folks to create robust courses. But it is easy to use.
