I just saw this post - eLearning 2.0 - I'm tring to DO IT - that's a response to my post eLearning 2.0 - Go DO IT. I'll keep track of it for a while to see how things go. I got back from the conference and started this blogging and not only that but I'm keeping it up. It because a little addictive though. One interesting result is that the audience for my eLearning 2.0 Using social bookmarking or meme tracking works okay. But right now, a distributed discussion is hard to effectively track. To be more specific on the IT is Evil comment, it's the security surrounding many of the Web 2.0 Going back through the back chat / back channel during my presentation was really interesting to me.

The best option I can think of is to track the number of hits and relate that number to a number of unnecessary emails or phone calls that would have been made if it were not for the Wiki. Our tech support staff tracks all of their tickets through a program called Bridge Track which should make this easy. It's obvious that a Wiki would be a great help in my organization. A few years ago we started using SharePoint and now we are SharePoint junkies.

Not sure if he saw my post, but I was just reminded by Tim Seager from Xerceo about their Prescribe tool that provides: Full Wiki, RSS functionality that is SCORM conformant for tracking and managing competencies.
