I’ll be up front here. I never followed this structure nor idea when I ran training departments and yet our evaluations were always very high and our attendees loved our sessions. Change it up. I should note that the company (I recall it was a F500), yanked the blog after seeing what was happening.

The great part was that, having heard of my plight, some friends descended upon my ride and tarted it up with glitter and dangly things. The evaluations aren’t back yet, but I think overall it achieved the purpose. As she describes it, a mashup of presentations and improv comedy. And, best of all, caution tape.
