Right now im struggeling to 1) publish my project as a html-only version and get it to work on moodle (optimally with LMS SCORM 1.2). A second Issue im Having ist that suddenly, 2) my preview (full project) and published versions only show slides 1-10 and the rest of the slides (approx. Hi everyone and a good day to you!

I have a project that I was publishing in both html and swf. that has caused problems. it works just fine in preview and swf. Hi everyone!!! However, the client had issues with flash running properly and wants it in only html. One slide i have looks like this: It is a drag and drop with multiple answers available.

I am not able to publish one of my projects to computer (SWF/HTML5) though I have had no trouble publishing other similar projects which also have the same selections in publish settings or preferences under Edit and Quiz. I was able to publish this project in SWF only. but still cannot resolve the problem.

Recently one of my colleagues upgraded Captivate to the latest release, 10.0.1.285, and since then whenever she publishes to HTML5 and then launches the index file the project starts and pauses on a blank slide that is NOT part of the project. The problem went away.

For long clips (to be avoided, better split up on more slides) that can take a while and could even lead to synchronizing problems. In the past (SWF output) I sometimes used Project audio, which was distributed over all the slides, using the Audtion roundtripping. My trick: choose Audio, Edit, Project instead of Slide.

I got a chance to closely analyze many of these specific issues and in all the cases it turned out to be server configuration problems. All you need to do is publish the project and upload the entire publish folder to the server – Some cases just a web server (IIS, Apache etc) and other cases to an LMS.

Second thing: Chrome and Preview worked 100% correctly 2 weeks ago, it’s only been in the last week or so that the problem described below has started. The Problem: I can no longer preview my project in Google Chrome (or any other browser), unless I fully publish and launch the index file.

Hi, I am working on a project where i have a background image and text in front of it. The problem is that the smart object doesn’t appear. I am having an additional but similar problem where I am trying to use an arrow to point to text on the screen as I narrate. I show a smart object (arrow) pointing to the button.

I published a project in Captivate 8 last week and had this issue and am having the same problem with Captivate 2017 today. Has anyone had an issue with their audio not playing in HTML5 in preview and when published? But when you click the Rewind button, the audio will play? When I publish as a.swf, the audio plays just fine.

That allows you to add overlay content slides, KC slides and can also be combined in a cptx project with other content slides. It is a normal cptx project. At this moment the biggest problem with software simulations are the slides which cannot be interactive because they show mouse movements/scrolling/dragging.

I now have a problem where the formatting of my slides has changed substantially and now appear all over the place. This effects nearly every slide in the project. They are fine when I view them in the workspace. But when I run Preview or open the live version there are issues.
