Tools like Articulate Presenter are great for creating elearning courses. Scale object: If you want to resize the image or object (and not mess up the aspect ratio), then press SHIFT and drag from the corners. You’ll see that the shape resizes, but the aspect ratio stays the same.

Select the right aspect ratio. For example, 720×540 is the aspect ratio for a PowerPoint slide. 980×560 is perfect for videos in the no sidebar view mode in Articulate Presenter. Tell the viewer that this is what you’ll create and then jump to the tutorial and a different screen. You can capture any size screen.

720×540 is the 4:3 ratio of PowerPoint slides. You can also record at 980×560 and insert the video using the no sidebar option in Articulate Presenter. By downloading the.MP4 video file and inserting the video into the slide, the learner won’t need Internet access. Screenr has some preset record options.

I consider myself a Articulate Guru, a really high-user. I love Articulate Presenter, Quizmaker and Engage, and I consider this a great advance in authoring tools. You can play around with the size as long as you keep the same aspect ratio. I work as an instructional designer in southern Brazil. January 16th, 2008.

They were created in PowerPoint and published with Articulate Presenter. CA Student Teacher Ratio : David Anderson created this based on a multimedia file he saw online. From the learner’s perspective, it just looks like a single screen, but it’s really made up of about 50 slides.
