Quake and Goldeneye brought my attention back to FPS games and the Call of Duty franchise has kept me there. Castle Wolfenstein brought in the era of first person shooter games for me. SimCity allowed me to create my own little worlds where I could tax and make money.

A thought hit me while reading the book that maybe I've given too much attention to the storyboard in my course development process. Because of this, I think I'll go back to the development process I'm writing and give more attention to the learning objectives than to the storyboard.

Captivate for Android Devices - I'm a bit of an Android fan so anything with the name Android in it immediately draws my attention. However, I'm interested in learning more about best practices for creating widgets and see some examples of what other people have done. I do wish this was titled Captivate for Android and iPhone.

There are a couple of caveats to pay attention to: If you use any special coding, flash, video, or widgets with your authoring tool, you can introduce browser compatibility issues. The same goes for Captivate. When you've created your project, you can export to the version of Flash and ActionScript you want to support.
