Getting a job as an Instructional Designer

If you have the budget for it, go to an elearning conference ( DevLearn and ASTD TechKnowledge are two of the biggies, but there are smaller more local conferences that might work for you).

The fact that this is one of the general sessions at ASTD TechKnowledge is interesting way to start 2009. Articulate has a great tool set.
