In the demo at their booth, they readily showed numerous avatars, and it would have been very cool to see the true synch experience – something that Storyline cannot do. Sadly, for whatever reason, the feature was not in the demo. Simply put, one vendor has over 200 Flash-based templates in their product. Bottom Line.

Password: (case sensitive): demo. You can still do Flash, but enable this option. While the iPad is pure HTML5, all the other tablets hitting the market support Flash and HTML5. Each time I attend there are a lot of decision makers rumbling around seeking out vendors, wanting to start communication and scheduling demos, meetings, etc. Then, get this – they did a flash mob to some song about heroes, which I forgot already. And authoring tool vendors? When it was done, they stood there.

Supports Flash and HTML5. LMS Demo Shop. I will be launching the first week of December via this blog, a one stop shop for LMS Demos. Vendors can post a demo of their LMS, up to five minutes in length. Vendors cannot include a PPT or sales pitch in their demo, it has to be 100% pure product. Other News.

A good vendor will take that information and apply it to your demo (you want one), inquire for additional questions if needed – after they have had time to review it – post-call; and most importantly as a cornerstone to your pricing. But, for others, that information turns into a pumpkin and its not even midnight.
