Sure, they offer a separate LMS called SumTotal Maestro, but their TM has surprisingly (not really) been morphed into a HCM, will others follow? And now a brief announcement: Shocking news! Three months ago, only a few systems had either integrated for no additional charge or for additional fees, a talent management/performance management feature set. There is a growing list of vendors, including small/mid size that are adding talent management components that match the Big Dog systems. Ahh, how things have changed.
