Check out Articulate if you are interested in leveraging PowerPoint or in doing voice presentations. With the release of Captivate 4, Lectora and Captivate have become very similar products.

The courses developed in house were based on simulations and interactions. Courses were served entirely online and learner results were tracked. I used a combination of in house custom developed content and 3rd party content. The 3rd party courses were based on video presentations.
