Normally I run Zone Alarms security suite of products and I generally think they are the best out there - they are certainly better than Norton in terms of being Norton being such a resource hog. Maybe Im just torqued at the system right now but there is a bad design principle at work here somewhere. This is NOT Customer Service!

I actually got on the phone with Army IT since I thought they were blocking the whole domain.turns out I was wrong and they gently explained to me that some sites will resolve calls from certain domains and it looks like blogspot/blogger has issues with the.mil domain. Right now Im sitting in the audience listening Deborah Adler, the designer whos Masters Thesis became the redesigned Target pharmacy bottles - Clear RX. I think the big take-away from this session is that she began with a problem, people taking the wrong medicine, and then selected as her starting point - the user - not the system.
