Terrence talks of the promise Facebook shows as a tool for developing training, specifically in its role as an LMS (Learning Management System). I’m not saying it’s the end-all, be-all for LMS but it may just engage a few more learners that would normally have shut the training, or their brains, off. Maybe Kanye West hates reading.

Scientists are finding ways to change the brain through intellectual exercises. Im a believer in this stuff. Me brain feels very, very small.

Most of my PDL is done reading daily news articles, marketing blogs, adult learning webinars and more via the internet. ASL, by definition, can happen anytime, anywhere. We All Did.

From a performance approach chatbots are very suitable for just-in-time support, such as help in dealing with a new tool. Use a chatbot in the most frequently used IM tool in your organization to answer questions a routine sort of "Ask HR".
