As I recall, she has two kids in high school who are taking online courses, and thats what got her interested in ID and e-learning. Of course they are. Im concerned that women will be excluded if such a focus is put on gaming skills -- or at least the gamer label. Im just raising some questions. My "Guild Master Ceiling" notion is a bit a tongue-in-cheek, of course. Karl and I have had lively discussions about whether or not girls are gamers.
