Updating 19 courses (which I wrote last year). Built six courses. Many lessons learned. Courses way too big, but some cool features that I really like. Im a convert. Yes, Im an English major who writes mostly text bullets instead of novels. So Im curious: what drove you to revisit theory? Thankfully.

This manufacturing process training course was originally delivered as a four hour plus death-by-PowerPoint classroom session (if you could see the original PPT source content, youd begin glazing over within a few slides). If youre an instructional designer within a corporate training group, it seems -- most likely -- that youll be asked to both design and build courses. I dont do any programming. Easy breezy.

As I recall, she has two kids in high school who are taking online courses, and thats what got her interested in ID and e-learning. And its increasingly being funded as part of the U.S. public school system.
