Google Search: ‘Professor’ Google is still the person I call on whenever I need a quick answer to a question or problem. Evernote: I’d drown or die trying to find that useful article or piece of information without Evernote. Having Evernote shared across all my devices makes life a lot easier.

My instinct was to revert to the previous version and put this down to experience. Some time ago, I realised my vulnerability to third party online storage and copied my whole blog archive to my trusty Evernote. No problem there. Except, of course, that my Evernote database is. After all, I'd been using it for six years.

Evernote I heart Evernote. The desktop version synchs to the web which synchs to my iPod Touch. My problem is that I dont yet have the one tool you apologize for including - the iTouch (or other mobile access device). A place where I process thoughts and ideas, record notes of online sessions, and seek advice.
