To install Captivate, follow the installation instructions here. In the Publish dialog, select the SWF/HTML5 tab (top left). Then set the output format to HTML5 (you can turn off SWF.) and a set of instructions in a text file that is usually called ‘index.html’. Prepare your PowerPoint presentation. Publish the project.

I want the user to hear some instruction, then click the highlighted boxes around multiple buttons one at a time to view the related text. I miss the SWF options. I have an image with various buttons. When the next button is clicked, the text from the first button is replaced by the second. Any help would be appreciated.

But note that if you simply insert the Captivate simulation as a Flash swf file into Lectora without doing anything to limit the course navigation, then the learner can easily click right on through to the next page in the title. Once you've inserted the Captivate swf file into your Lectora title, disable the forward navigation for that page.
