If the vendor was a custom shop building a system, off say Moodle or whatever code they are using that is open source? Any open-source solution? The capability library is by far the biggest win here – this is a metric if you will – Loved it. The first metrics you see is all around completions.

With so many Gen-AI Learning Language models, including open source ones, you would think someone would be “let’s go this way,” rather than everyone else’s way. From the metrics standpoint, though, the best one I have seen so far is Pluralsight. Maybe today it is ChatGPT (cheaper token-wise).
