SumTotal – you buy every mod – HCM. You are buying them for their elite compliance and regulatory feature sets, not for social which is lacking nor NexGen which is lacking. I’m referring to Corporate here. Customer Ed? I have never seen Civica as a talent management nor HCM. HCM and ERP and the list goes on.
