This year, I estimated a 55/60% e-learning, including some ILT vendors offering some type of e-learning component. . In the past year, I have seen a wider number of vendors including the PENS course standard, which in my opinion, enables anyone who builds courses, a streamlined and fast process for publishing into a LMS/learning platform. PENS is actually a standard that was developed to make it easier to push packages (primarily SCORM) into an LMS.
