Four Reasons you need structure for informal learning

I can see where a more structured approach would have been helpful. Also, as I mentioned in my post, allowing attendees to tag their questions would have been a tremendous help in keeping the discussion flow while still allowing interaction mid-event. Would love to help in that regard if I could. Collaboration? Discussions?
