Adobe Captivate – Some folks love it, others hate it. Nomenclature – are they using the appropriate terms for course building or have then gone rogue with “slides” – which seriously prior to Studio, was never used as a course term. Adobe Captivate – Learning curve is an understatement.

The other huge issue is that the course terms of chapter-page-lesson/scenario and so forth has turned into “slides” As an added bonus, some products do not enable folks to have a TOC or even push or mention of it. I’ve seen a few vendors offer the “hierarchy” option rather than the slide look on the left side.

Each contestant will receive the following materials: 1 small vid clip 20 sec, two audio clips – 15 sec and 30 sec, a PowerPoint slide deck with 6 slides and info, two full pages of content that they can pull from. Adobe Captivate. They will need to create the best course possible and a 10 question quiz.

I did not include PowerPoint or Slide tools that can be seen online. Because, that is a stretch to slide them (no pun intended) into the e-learning space, just because they are online. . Adobe Captivate. That’s a lot of categories/spaces/markets. . Who’s Hot and Who’s Not. Articulate 360. Branchtrack.

Game based learning systems for example, slide under learning platforms. Adobe Captivate Prime. I should add that those in the Top 50 (not all have been notified) – best to see it first I say, actually I decided to do this at the last minute (i.e. provide the list), so there is that too. eLogic Learning. Create LMS.

When I was at LTUK a couple of weeks ago, a vendor who was giving a presentation, showed a slide with Learn.com on it, as though their tool worked with it or something like that, uh Learn.com hasn’t been around in like five plus years. Then nearly passed out because, the loos were not working!!! The front end UI/UX is amazing.
