I don’t find developing software simulations to be particularly rewarding, for example, because there often isn’t a ton of creativity. A: I wouldn’t learn Flash right now. The learning curve is too steep, and within a few years I think most work will be in HTML5. Most Flash e-learning now is done with rapid tools anyway.
