Me: Im an instructional designer. Im sort of distracted by the naked boy who just ran by (not mine). billbrandon had this comment on Twitter: I usually just tell em Im a writer. Im comforted to know that Im not the only one who receives blank stares or gets tongue-twisted in trying to describe what I do.

Nevertheless, Im trying to keep up. Then again, Im not trying to stay on top of hundreds of comments a day. Im not going to bother with a full-blown survey. Most bloggers have much more interesting things to say than I do, and Im always happy to point that out. Day 17: Run a Stumble Upon Advertising Campaign Not my thing.

Im still a really hands-on person. Or maybe Im just too lazy and poor. Now, Im not linking to John just because he is full of praise of me (which is nice and somewhat embarrassing, I must admit.), Im with you, Maria! An inquiry class Im taking takes me into the mind of Sherlock Holmes. Do you think it matters?

Now, maybe Im just jaded and want to get to an approved storyboard. Maybe its the fact that Im recovering from pneumonia and just dont have the energy to fight the fight. The key from an integration standpoint is the ability separate audio files and tag them. Im just now starting to feel slightly less horrible.

The folks at Kineo wrote a piece on the future of rapid e-learning tools, summarizing "our view is to give potential authors [SMEs] some easy to use but well structured templates which will give instructional integrity to how they develop their learning." If youre providing SMEs with the templates, Im not sure theyll be altering them.

Im going to spend some time looking into this product more. It is indeed an authoring tool which integrates with Microsoft Word. Weve been waiting to see this one for a while - hopefully it will iron out some of the idosycrasies in the earlier version. 1:31 PM Cammy Bean said.
