Delicious Upgrade Only Skin Deep

I personally think delicious is a great tool and I often describe it's use in presentations and workshops. Searching within the contents of my bookmarked pages Page caching (so I don't lose the pages I've bookmarked) Control on sharing of bookmarks (private, friends or public) Categories of Friends (so I can have family, work, etc.)

The 9:00 am to 5:00 pm notion of work is all but vanishing, at least for the knowledge workers. I would say that a platform that facilitates easy and seamless interaction, forming of groups and threads, a powerful search mechanism and a way to aggregate conversations across topics (#) would be ideal for working out loud effectively.
